Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Carry out allocated tasks on consulting engagements of risk management, internal control management, compliance management, internal audit, process management and optimization, etc.
- Understand client's business, analyse client demands, conduct assigned testing and in-depth analysis of data, identify / assess the risks / issues, draft reports for manager review
- Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts / deliverables
- Write scripts in various analytic tools and database languages
- Support business development activities, including proposals, presentation and etc.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience with Data Analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse and related topics. Working in a consulting firm is a plus
- Strong SQL and VBA programming skill is a must
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with python, C++ or other programming languages
- Experience with SAS, SPSS, R is a plus
- Good understanding of modern/traditional data warehousing and data processing technologies and concepts
- Good consultation and communication skills, self-motivation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Willing to travel
