KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Campus Recruiting organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead on-campus recruiting efforts at assigned target schools and assist in the development and implementation of the firm's university recruiting strategy
·  Plan on campus and other school events and manage KPMG professionals to ensure the appropriate representation of the practices
·  Initiate and maintain contact with candidates and serve as the key source of information prior to and post offer stage
·  Manage logistics for in office and on-campus interview processes, include scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application and selection process following firm policy
·  Coordinate and execute candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondence by phone and email; make travel arrangements and perform other administrative tasks as needed
·  Participate in assigned projects/taskforces as necessary

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of experience in campus recruiting or similar role; preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·  Strong knowledge of recruitment and employment laws
·  Available to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed
·  Able to travel up to twenty-five percent annually
