We are looking for innovative, clear communicators to work with us to provide critical advice and content to government in the development of compelling business cases for reform and transformation project.

·  Understanding of Federal Government policy and process
·  Contributing to Government business cases
·  Having worked on or contributed to New Policy Proposals (NPP)
·  Experience preparing ministerial correspondence or Cabinet Submissions
·  Ability to clearly articulate in a coherent and concise manner business requirements and information in a written format
·  Experience in technical writing for non-technical audiences with an ability to translate complex concepts and processes into simple and compelling written pieces
·  A creative and innovative approach and style
·  A superior ability to undertake comprehensive research and analysis
·  Well defined stakeholder engagement skills
·  Exposure to benefits management frameworks and processes
·  Exposure to costing methods Supporting your experience, tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly advantageous.
