KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Audit Resource Management to join our Audit Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Work with Resource Management (RM) team to develop and implement staffing services that effectively utilize our auditors, are accretive to audit quality while balancing workloads and providing career opportunities for professionals
·  Contribute to RM by monitoring results as well as utilization of system to generate analysis on key staffing data
·  Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and communicate issues to RM Manager as necessary
·  Help to ensure scheduling policies and procedures are followed and proactively work with RM team to identify trends
·  Participate in practice-wide strategic initiatives or projects

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of corporate or professional services experience in a project oriented role, Resource Management experience is preferred
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
·  Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
·  Ability to organize and manage large quantities of data
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to team with others
·  Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong relationships with various levels of an organization
