KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our Human Resources organization.
Responsibilities:
· Work with Primary Recruiters and Campus Development Managers for all campus/office events including but not limited to coordinate logistics for on-campus interview process, data entry into the candidate database, all aspects of candidate event/program participation, maintain candidate and school files, process and execute all correspondences, process invoices and expense reimbursement related to campus recruiting process
· Track office results and provide reports on data, as requested
· Make travel arrangements and perform other administrative tasks, as needed
· Help manage recruiting relationship at some target schools as determined by the Primary Recruiter; develop programs at schools consistent with office recruiting strategy; manage practice representation on campus and at all recruiting events
· Pre-identify candidates and maintain active pipeline from campus
· Maintain relationships with key faculty and college placement offices from campus
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year of work experience preferably in Human Resources or recruiting related experience
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university
· High level of proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs; strong customer service orientation
· Available to work overtime on evenings and weekends as needed
· Ability to travel five percent
