KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Risk Management Applications to join our Risk Management organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Act as a primary resource for configurations of Risk Management Applications, including but not limited to CEAC, Kriterion & Engagement Letter Scraping
·  Align with customer support and product teams in order to troubleshoot application issues while providing customer service and shared user knowledge with internal and external stakeholders
·  Participate in user acceptance testing while monitoring key site metrics and feedback for UAT success and signoff
·  Apply a variety of analysis methods, elicitation and facilitation activities, while data modeling to compose and support business requirements and underlying business logic; Investigate and document data relationships and integration data-points within applications
·  Accountable for distribution of Release Notes on any system configurations
·  Help Desk tickets and act as 3rd level support for all Fusion tickets raised by NSC (data fixes)

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of two years of risk management applications; preferably from a professional services firm
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
·  Previous business analysis, data analysis, support, and documentation management experience
·  Demonstrated research skills
