KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Customer & Operations for ourManagement Consulting practice.

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Patient Access to join our Healthcare Management Consulting organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Perform data collection and analysis, identify issues and utilize models and analyses to support project deliverable content
·  Develop understanding of KPMG methodologies, tools and techniques and apply them on assigned projects
·  Communicate problems, barriers and issues within the appropriate context and identifies and present solutions to client performance issues
·  Conduct research for, and make presentations, to clients and KPMG project team
·  Handle routine client and project team interactions
·  Identify and present solutions to client performance issues

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience working with digital health platforms (such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, Kyruus, Artiva, and Healthgrades)
·  Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Management Information Systems, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree is preferred
·  Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office) and analytical skills (problem solving, quantitative, and work flow process)
·  Capable of working with project management teams, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design
·  Proficiency with foundational skills such as analytical, written, and verbal communication, client presence along with facilitation and presentation skills
·  Desired Industry Experience, Ambulatory and inpatient patient scheduling and capacity management, Patient referral management, Patient experience improvement, Contact center design/optimization, Patient/Customer relationship management
·  Ability to travel up to 80-100%
