KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in CIO Advisory for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Interact with client peers to understand their IT and business environment, challenges and strengths
·  Help client's pinpoint their IT service management (ITSM) challenges through interviews, data analysis and the documentation of findings
·  Understand current IT infrastructure, process and tool trends such as ServiceNow and cloud computing and how they bring value to our clients
·  Work as part of a team to implement ITSM process and technology transformations based on industry frameworks such as ITIL
·  Assist in writing detailed specifications for the development team

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience in a business analyst, IT operations, systems administration or similar role
·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Strong business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
·  Experience in IT process improvement within your own organization or as an external consultant
·  Certification in ITIL, IT infrastructure, or IT management tools (ServiceNow, BMC, HP, etc.) is preferred
·  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
·  Travel may be up to 80% - 100%
