KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Global Meeting Support to join our Business Progress Group organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the meeting registration process, including, coordinate the creation of event registration websites and communications such as save the dates and evites, manage hotel rooming lists with hotels, respond to questions via the Global Programs Support Center Mailbox, create and send meeting confirmations, maintain meeting database and produce standard and custom reports and coordinate the development, printing and shipping of meeting collateral such as name badges, and pocket agendas
·  Provide on-site support for larger meetings and conferences
·  Assist with payment collection process for fees associated with some conferences
·  Manage relationships with CVENT and advise team on updates or changes to the system; be the resident professional
·  Manage CPE process when required
·  Proficient in updating and making changes to the KPMG events app

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of two years of meeting support experience; preferably from a professional services firm
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
·  Strong personal communications skills, ability to interact and present with confidence and diplomacy, act as a strong collaborator; and ability to gain and keep trust at all levels of organization and with vendors
·  Ability to bring creative, innovative, and actionable ideas to achieve desired outcomes, and persuade others to meet tight deadlines when necessary
·  Prior customer / client service experience focusing on the needs of our internal clients (global leadership and their administrative assistants); Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet customer expectations
·  Ability to travel internationally up to twenty five percent
