KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Risk Assurance - Contract Compliance for ourKPMG Risk Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Understand and identify opportunities for KPMG's practices and service offerings
·  Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution of software licensing, vendor, and royalty audit engagements in addition to other types of third party reviews
·  Analyze complex license agreements and identify contract issues
·  Serve a variety of clients within multiple industries
·  Project a professional image of KPMG

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of advisory experience in finance, internal or external audit, or in reviewing a company's compliance with its software agreements
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
·  Experience with Software Asset Management systems and software/royalty licensing audits
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct meetings with clients and third parties in challenging surroundings
·  Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Access, and Sequel
·  Travel may be up to 80-100%
·  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
