Associate Consultant - Financial Due Diligence

Job description

The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/ /internal research/strategy teams within key technology companies

• Summarizing and Analyzing financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)

• Reviewing and preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project

• Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis

• Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management

• Performing review of KPMG reports for consistency

• Reviewing the work performed by the Analysts and Associate consultants and coaching them

• Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members
