Responsibilities:

·  Partner with campus recruiting team to coordinate and execute campus and office events
·  Manage logistics for on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, downloading resumes, and handling the application process
·  Establish communication with field recruiting team, candidates, and interns relating to any logistics, issues, or other relevant topics
·  Maintain candidate pipeline and school files with database updates following firm policy and legal regulations
·  Perform administrative tasks including coordinating travel arrangements, reporting, meeting organization, overseeing mailbox, processing invoices, and working on other projects as needed

Qualifications:

·  Minimum one year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or similar experience preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·  Available to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed
·  Able to travel up to twenty percent annually
