KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Automation Analyst to join our Digital Labor organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Participate in eliciting, gathering, and documenting processes with stakeholders and coordinate tasks, timeline, and scope of efforts
·  Leverage Digital Labor CoE methodology and to enable communication/ negotiation with others on efforts
·  Learn and become proficient in Digital Labor tools as well as KPMG, its business areas and functions
·  Leverage Digital Labor Center of Excellence methodology to enable communications and negotiations
·  Seek and build relationships through assignments on individual efforts to enhance delivery
·  Understand the Digital Labor Strategy

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of experience in delivery of IT systems including; SDLC, scripting, MS tools, basic development tools, languages, and leading industry practices; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead, manage and interact with a diverse team of resources
·  Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, and react quickly to problems and issues
·  Knowledge of creating and utilizing Process Flow, Use Case, Project Plan, and other deliverables
·  Knowledge of Digital Labor concepts and tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) and SDLC preferred
