Role Summary/Purpose

At BHGE, ‘We’re Powering Potential’.BHGE has a vacancy for a Lead Mechanical Manager to enhance its Industrial Sensors Design function. The team is working on CPO programs and developing new Digital Pressure Sensor product lines driven by organic growth and market demands. The team also provides technical support for internal and external customers, sales, marketing and production.
Essential Responsibilities

• Work with Manufacturing engineers and design engineers to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.
• Find opportunities to develop cost-effective solutions and oversee successful implementation into production.
• Participate in new product introductions through operator training, process layout, tool development, and new equipment.
• Ensure HES compliance.
• Improve product quality – through root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Reduce product lead time via the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts on the production line.
• Complete other job assignment from Process/manufacturing/design engineering teams.
Qualifications/Requirements

• College or above degree in mechanical or electronic engineering.
• 3 years above of experience in production and MFG engineering.
• Good hands-on skills.
• Good team working spirit.
• Good analytical and planning skills.
• Effective communication skills.
Desired Characteristics

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Previous working experience on pressure sensor.
• Good lean project experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
