Job description

Main responsibilities

·  Maintain and coordinate the internal audit calendar and coordinate activities between audit, internal teams and Main responsibilities

·  Support the requirements for our Client acceptance and Client re-evaluation process by gathering and recording the required documentation and ensuring it is in line with our processes and contracts
·  Assist in ensuring that our Clients and our Service Providers are in compliance with our standards and practices
·  Escalate where appropriate, any non-compliance issues, to management
·  Administer and provide day- to-day support to the team
What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who has a keen interest in learning about Quality & Risk Management principles, is highly organised and enjoys working with people.

The preferred candidate for this position will:

·  Hold or be in the process of obtaining a recognised certificate in Secretarial/Administrative course
·  Possess a high standard of written and spoken business English
·  Possess strong interpersonal skills and team building qualities
·  Be highly motivated with a strong work ethic
·  Be highly organised and have attention to detail.
While previous work experience in Administration is considered an asset, it is not essential for this role.
