We are looking for

A Technical Sales Support Specialist to provide highly developed specialist advice to the sales team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customer’s needs. He/she takes ownership of the order handling process in terms of prospecting/tendering/defining specifications, details, traffic calculations, dimensions, CAD- and lay-out drawings and estimation of installation and delivery times and costs. He/she answers customer’s technical questions and supports the salesperson with technical issues.

You are a manager who takes personal responsibility for decisions and actions, with self-confidence in own ability to carry out a task or a job. We value your commitment to our clearly defined procedures and guidelines in work and focus on detail when dealing with routine work.
•Customer contact for technical questions
•Provides technical and costing support for the sales process
•Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors.
•Accountable for solution engineering
•Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements
•Accountable for solution engineering
•Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
•Manage the drawing and related documents

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

We expect you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and prior working experience in KONE Engineering standards, procedures, systems and tools.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Excellent technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet the customer expectations
