Warehouse Customer Service Officer - Km.19

Job description
Responsible for assisting warehouse operations by receive the in-out orders from customers. Also with can generate the in-out report to the customers and internal direct line.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Receive and input the in-out orders from customers by using WMS.
· Generate put away label and picking list to the operations to handling the orders.
· Generate the in-out bound report from WMS.
· Generate the inventory report from WMS.
· Direct contact and response to the customers for any ordering.
· Monitoring and summarize the daily in-out orders.
Your skills and experience
· Thai Nationality
· Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field.
· At least 2 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, inventory management
· Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, well-organized, interpersonal & communication skills
· Good command of written and spoken English
