Warehouse Controlling Supervisor ( Beijing, Yizhuang)

Job description
Understand customer quality system and standard, enough spare parts knowledge. Check and discuss with customer in case quality issue happened, avoid wrong identification of the quality claim responsibility. Understand customer SAP system, ensure system user running system correctly and all the movement are correctly record in monthly billing.
· Daily handling of the quality issue parts, collect evidence and discuss with customer the claim responsibility.
· Participate the quality meeting on behalf of KN, understand the quality check standard of customer and training to relevant staff.
· Support operation team to find solution to avoid quality risk.
· Prepare quality check report to managers.
· Check the SAP figures daily basis to ensure system running correctly.
· Monthly billing check support for the system figures which downloaded from SAP.
Your skills and experience
· College degree above
· 2 years warehouse management experience in contract logistics
· Working experience on automotive production logistics management
· Working experience on quality management in the production for at least 3 years
· Basic knowledge of English in verbal and written
