Job description
The transport Coordinator has general responsibility to Site manager in customer service, order handling, truck planning, data, KPI control and supervise all activities
related to distributions per assigned customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Ensure truck availability/punctuality/condition check as truck plan
· Ensure driver compliance on safety, receiving and delivery process.Follow up and require driver to acquire 100% on time delivery and other agreed KPIs.
· Update daily delivery report and KPI accurately and on time.
· Daily communicate with KN team, subcontractor, customer and relevant parties to get smooth operation and seek for improvement.
· Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and
properly completed.
· Maintain good relationship with customers and sub-contractors
· Conduct operation in line with SOPs, working instructions.
· Deploy trainings to subcontractors, driver in receiving and delivery process to avoid any mistake and errors in delivery service.
· Maintain team work, productive working environment
· Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
· Assist transport supervisor and Site manager in other task to achieve excellent operation.
· Willing to work overtime /shift and ad-hoc task in case of need to complete services
· Understanding of coordinating process of import and export for truck transportation
Your skills and experience
· Bachelor Degree or College Graduated.
· At least 2 years or fresh graduates who willing to learn and adapt to new environment
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Competent overland knowledge
· Team player
· Communication and problem solving
· Committed and willing to work overtime to meet customers' demand
