Job description
+ To administer HR operation accurately.
+ To deliver necessary training to the staff members as per company policy. +To Keep trainings record into myLearning.
Your tasks and responsibilities
+ Manage employee inductions to the new employees.
+ Work with HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives.
+ Promote a positive & open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up their own issues.
+ Deliver training to the employees as per local & regional policies and yearly training plan.
+ To operate and manage myLearning system in line with global policy.
+ To Follow-up regularly myLearning platform and support employees to attend online/offline training.
+ To communicate and work with regional development team for developing country's' POD.
Your skills and experience
+ BBA/MBA with major HRM
+ 03-05 years ‘work experience in the same industry
+ High degree of communication and presentation skill
+ Strong command in English language
