Your tasks and responsibilities
· Daily operation and ensure all Data Quality/KPI ( key performance indicator) meet company target
· Deliver customer service excellence
· Issue invoice in time and ensure no delay invoice & monitoring the payment from customer
· FSL(Fowarder Supply Ledger) checking & control
· Provide solution & quotation based on tariff
· Ensure highest possible productivity & constantly improve working efficiency
· Plus any other tasks assigned by the superior
Your skills and experience
To be successful, you will need a good knowledge on Sea freight forwarding industry and experience on local market, and timely problem solving. You will demonstrate a customer focus mindset and excellent customer service skills.
