Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Expand the scope of sales activities within TPE in conjunction with the business fields in order to meet annual sales targets
·  Increase revenue through the retention and proactive acquisition of customers
·  Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
·  Provide management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activities
·  Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance of sales teams including active sales coaching and joint sales calls
·  Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues
·  Establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships by communicating customer feedback to affected business units

Your skills and experience

·  To be successful, you should be a team leader with 5 - 10 years working experience in a similar sales or business development environment. Ideally, you possess excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in strengthening customer relationships and coaching sales teams.
·  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Sea/Air Logistics Industry: 5years or above.
- Sales Experience: 5-10 years sales experience but no limited.
- Leadership Experience: 3-5years or more.
- Strong sense of strategic business development and consultative selling experience.
- Skills: Presentation abilities, customer oriented, and negotiation skills.
