Job description

Explore and developing local control business opportunities in the areas and representing Kuehne+Nagel Indonesia in the market especially for the airfreight business.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Develop strong opportunity pipelines align with the individual target, mainly for Airfreight
·  Exploring the opportunities business in the areas, manage the qualifying and mapping process
·  Explore the opportunities for up-selling (FCL and LCL) and cross selling (PROM and CL)
·  Pro-actively promoting K+N system as part of the value proposition i.e. KNFN and KN Login
·  Set volume goals towards new customer acquisition on an annual basis that is in line with the individual target set
·  Closely engage with the Business Unit to optimize the winning ratio of each opportunities pipeline
·  Pipeline Development and Management
·  Responsible to keep CoreLog system up to-date correctly and timely
·  Ensure that CoreLog is updated on a regular basis to maintain accurate data reporting both opportunities and sales activities
·  Maintain and up-to date and accurate library of presentation sets needed for customer presentation
·  Managing individual performance and ensure of optimum delivery for the target setting, provided by management

Your skills and experience

·  Minimum experience in a Logistics / Forwarding company or similar position 2years
·  Having a good analytical and good communication
·  Good knowledge of MS Office, Visio etc.
·  Fluent level of English both verbal and written
·  Pro active, high initiative, high attention to detail
·  Fast learner and responsive
·  Has good capability in time management
·  Willing to work over time and having driver's license
