Project Manager / Assistant to Global Head of Sales

In this role, you will be the right hand of the Global Head of Sales, managing key projects in the sales organisation.

Your Role

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our global Sales team. You will act as an assistant to the Global Head of Sales and have responsibilities within projects regarding strategy, organisation, communication and controlling. In addition to project-specific assignments, the position is encompassing ongoing sales pipeline management, controlling and general assistant responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

·  Setting up, planning and controlling Corporate Sales projects. Typical project areas and topics include Sales strategy implementation, Industry Knowledge Centres on the Intranet, global sales competitions.
·  Contributing to project content in specified areas
·  Reviewing and following up the global sales pipeline and initiating corrective actions to secure top data quality 
·  Administration and ongoing content maintenance of the intranet
·  Supporting the global Head of Sales and Marketing with setting up agenda, organising global management meetings, creating presentations and business analysis

Your Skills and Experiences

·  University degree, preferably in the field of economy; MBA would be a plus
·  Experience in project management, in a multinational environment
·  Confident knowledge of MS Office tools; Ms Dynamics would be an asset
·  You have excellent networking and communication skills (in English), you respect different cultures
·  You work independently, with a proactive, can-do approach
·  You have good problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
·  Your excellent organisational skills help you to set the right priorities in a changing environment
