Your tasks and responsibilities
• Close cooperation with responsible field offices
• Develop strategies to increase performance / quality and utilization of:
- System functionality
- Shared Service Center
- Workflow model
• Self driven analysis of systems, processes- and performance related to systems KPI's with the help of the applicable operational management
• Confidential handling of national statistics in close cooperation with management
• Monitor utilization and performance of Cargo IQ KPI's
• Monitor utilization and performance of KN product /KN Freightnet Suite
• Testing of new CIEL/Airlog releases and functionalities in conjunction with regional team
Your skills and experience
• High degree of CIEL/Airlog knowledge
• At least 12 month operational background in Air Export or Air Import
