Job description

The employee will be a member of the Facility Management Team in Luxembourg. The main task is the professional manning of our reception desk, additionally supporting facility related matters on request, with the target to provide best services to KN employees and external/internal visitors. Additionally the employee will be responsible for initializing, driving and implementing improvement initiatives related to our facilities in Luxembourg. Your tasks and responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for KN employees and visitors

·  Welcoming of any visitors in a professional and courteous manner
·  Administration of general reception tasks as part of a team providing support to both internal and external visitors, as well as KN employees
·  Organization of customer meetings, including hotel bookings and other related tasks
·  Providing general support to the Facility Management team as and when required, incl. ad hoc requests and special projects
·  Establish close working relationship with colleagues on site, as well as supplier and subcontractor
·  Dealing and suppliers/contractor management as and when required
·  Providing event management support
·  Contribute to make the existing processes leaner
·  Act as back-up during Management and/or team absence

Your skills and experience

·  Excellent organizational and customer service skills
·  Excellent communication skills at all levels – German and English mandatory, French and further European languages advantageous
·  Strong affinity to hospitality/event management
·  Capable to work on own initiative and as part of a team
·  IT skills: Microsoft Office is mandatory, needs to be able to pick up any additional IT systems, i.e. online tools etc.
·  Capable to retrieve any relevant information on own initiative
·  Capable to work under pressure and maintain composure at all times
