National Working Capital Manager

Kuehne + Nagel Turkey is looking for a risk oriented, self motivated, analytical National Working Capital Manager for its Istanbul office.

Your Role

You will be responsible to develop and manage the company’s cash management, credit risk management and foreign currency hedging strategy. You will be supporting business strategy development by analysing the risks and monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.

Your Responsibilities

·  Managing the treasury tasks with high service level, setting standard process for the team and ensures to follow guidelines strictly.
·  Negotiating with bank for bank facilities and bank guarantee management on regular basis to meet business requirements.
·  Monitoring working capital key performance indicators, control transaction billing reports, and coordinate with operational teams and management while protecting company Working capital
·  Overseeing all activities in accounts receivables and accounts payable including credit risk management and the relationship with trade credit insurance
·  Ensuring full adherence and documentation of all ICS control points as per KN guidelines, training of operation and sales teams as and when needed.
·  Managing supply chain finance project
·  Handling foreign exchange hedging to minimize foreign currency exposure on monthly basis.
·  Continuously seeking for standardization and automation.
·  Providing financial guidance and governance in line with company’s accounting principles and monitoring local financial and industry developments and continuously identifying proactive measures to decrease credit risk and to mitigate potential exposure to the results.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics
·  Minimum 2 to 5 years of leadership experience
·  Project management experience in  an international company is highly preferred
·  Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage various projects
·  Cost sensitive, value focused, showing strong ownership attitude, highly self-motivated and directed
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels in an organization
·  Proficient in MS office Applications and PC Skills
