Your tasks and responsibilities

• 2nd level support on EDI errors with eBooking / eSI transmissions
• Setups & testing for new carrier EDI implementations
• Regular Reviews of Carrier eStatus Event Performance
• Maintenance of KN-Instaknow data feed
• Support on eVGM issues and providing instructions on added visibility
• Day to day process support for operations and management
• Process Gap Analysis for any system implementation
• System testing
• User training (system enhancements, sea freight forwarding, process optimization)
• Operational Data Quality – analysis, review and action planning together with ZS C/FS
• Regional, national and Local process analysis and demand specification for functional requirements
• Assist on future development of the systems through Demands to ZS C teamlead or development of Local Extensions
• Ensure all releases are tested and trained, as well as contribute to end user training.

Your skills and experience

• University degree in business / logistics or operational SF knowledge
• Operational sea freight understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical as well as process and solutions minded
• Able to work independent as well as in a team
• Microsoft Office
• Business Intelligence Skills
• Business English
