The Market Analyst is responsible for providing industry specific analysis and knowledge to support our sales and business development strategy. This role is perfect for an individual who likes to deep dive into research, and enjoys working with an international team. You will work closely with both the national sales as well as the global market analyst teams, sourcing market and customer intelligence to support data driven decision making.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Ensure timely, accurate market analysis based on national and regional requirements
·  Work as part of the global market analyst team on strategic projects in the industry vertical or competitive area
·  Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methodologies
·  Formulate independent analysis plans and, where required, request stakeholder sign-off
·  Communicate with different stakeholders to understand and document business objectives
·  Forecast and track industry trends and make recommendations
·  Prepare reports on findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should have some market research experience, and least 2 years in project management. You are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Access, and demonstrate excellent qualitative and quantitative analysis skills. As an important member of the global market analyst team, you will provide creative problem solving insights, and at the same time, influence stakeholders on key recommendations. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must for this role.
