Be responsible for assisting and supporting business development activities within Xiamen Sales & Marketing Department


Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Acting as dedicated contact window for inside sales align with district sales, support sales for business development, fulfill customer satisfaction
·  Customer relationship management through CRM systemPricing and quotation using company system in order to support sales executives achieve aggressive
·  targetsImplementation of New Business, set up new customer profile, draft SOP and keep updates
·  Credit limit application and renewal, assist accounting department to clear overdue outstanding
·  Complaints handling

Your skills and experience

·  College graduate and above
·  Minimum 2 years experience in sea logistics operation
·  Strong command in English and Mandarin
·  Good skills in MS Office, PowerPoint
·  Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with positive working attitude, attentive to details
·  Mature, presentable and independent with good interpersonal skills
