Kuehne-Nagel is looking for an Expedited Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with the customer service (CSR) and material logistics (MLA) groups through the COMMIT portal on the status of a customer backorder.
• Coordinate the expedited handling of parts.
• Find and cancel customer orders dependent on the requirements set forth by the CSR and/or MLA.
• Provide the current status of a backorder and/or delivery.
• Process shipments outside of the system.
• Field phone calls from the network and provide support to the customer services team.
• Track and report turnaround times for all inbound shipments.
• Log all inbound and outbound discrepancies and report on findings.
• Keep an inventory of all packaging material and reorder when necessary.
• Assist transportation in daily activities.
• Communicate order discrepancies/abnormalities to CSR/MLA groups.
• Date entry of daily job cards.
