Kuehne + Nagel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Canadian Customer Solutions Team (CST).

Your Role

The National Customer Solutions Manager takes responsibility for Customer Solutions activities strategy and business plan in Canada, leading to increased customer utilization of Kuehne + Nagel’s Information Solutions (myKN, Business Intelligence and Data Integration), thereby supporting new business as well as improving customer retention.

Your Responsibilities

·  Overall leadership of the Canadian Customer Solutions Team (CST)
·  Ensure the domestic Customer Solutions Team focuses on information solutions available on my KN for Customers, Business Intelligence, as well as Data Integration
·  Establish and manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution design”, by offering consultancy for customer information solutions, and provide CS training for all sales channels and multipliers
·  Establish and manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution Implementation” offering Implementation services for Customer Information Solutions
·  Establish and manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution Support” offering customer feedback, requirement specification, testing, sign off, support and training for Customer Information Solutions
·  Obtain customer feedback and ensure correct prioritization of domestic specific requirements in the Regional Customer Solutions Community
·  Responsible for carrying out regional/corporate Customer Solutions policy and strategy along with resource planning and allocation at national level
·  Alignment with all Business Units (Sea/Air/Overland) and Functional Units including vertical owners within Canada for all CS related topics
·  Execution of CS training for Sales in line with global requirements under consideration of national specifics
·  Preparation, execution and review of customer meetings and events in line with CST and national sales activities

Your Skills and Experiences

·  A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Information Technology or an equivalent education
·  Minimum 3 years forwarding, carrier or similar experience
·  Minimum 3 years Solution Consulting experience preferably in supply chain
·  Minimum 3 years of Leadership Experience and ability to manage teams remotely
·  Advanced PC and MS Office application knowledge (including MS Visio)
·  Affinity with eCommerce and Online Information Systems
