Customer Service Representative for existing clients for Seafreight Import

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and developing Gross Profit growth for the delegated customer accounts. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for the daily operations related to the client's import requests and troubleshooting of operational service related issues in collaboration with other internal teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Taking over client responsibility after implementation by Operations Key Account Manager
·  Acting as key contact window for delegated client accounts
·  Visit delegated clients to build up business relationship.
·  Daily operational contact with clients
·  Providing professional and pro-active service to clients and promote Kuehne + Nagel Services and products
·  Troubleshooting of service related issues/problems in close co-operation with local operation departments
·  Improve internal work flows constantly by proposing improvement ideas to the Seafreight Import Manager
·  Co-operate closely with the Sales & Marketing department, Business process engineers and finance departments.
·  Monitoring of existing business volumes and report any loss of business to the Seafreight Import Manager.
·  Reporting client complaints propose the appropriate corrective actions to the Seafreight Import Manager immediately without delay
·  Represent and follow the Kuehne + Nagel philosophy, quality management system and highest standard of business practice.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

·  Native level of Japanese proficiency to liaise with Customers
·  At least advance intermediate level of English language proficiency in Speaking, Reading and Writing (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
·  Good Customer service oriented mindset
·  Experience in Seafreight Import duties (Preferably in a Freight forwarder or NVOCC)
