Job description
The role of CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR will be responsible for high level of customer service at all times and ensure quick and correct resolutions of customer issues and complaints.

Your tasks and responsibilities

+ To provide first level, front line communication to clients

+ To liaise with sales team in order to understand customers’ needs and expectations

+ To arrange bookings as per customers’ requirements

+ To ensure all documentation processing is performed according to client requirements

in an accurate and timely manner

+ To ensure customer quotations are available and review selling and buying rates to maximize GP

+ To issue invoices to customers accurately in line with agreed rates and quotations

+ To assure proper information updated into internal/external systems

+ To maintain excellent relationships with customers

+ To support with internal staff whenever

+ To perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned

Your skills and experience

+ Native fluency in Korean is required

+ Good command of written and spoken English

+ At least 3 year of forwarding import experience preferred

+ In depth knowledge of air/sea freight import procedures

+ Dynamic personality and service-oriented

+ Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Good organizational skills and proactive working manner

+ Good Communication skills – Verbal, Written and Telephone Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Logistics related preferred

+ Proficient in Microsoft office products – Outlook, World, Excel, PowerPoint
