Your tasks and responsibilities

·  To provide consistently outstanding levels of customer service by completing all required tasks effectively and efficiently and therefore ensuring that all supply chain process are seamless.
·  To take the lead in managing the customer regarding issues with the order profile or any customer services related issues in relation to allocated customer portfolio.
·  To support various administrative processes related to the customer such as invoicing, reporting, credit notes etc.

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should demonstrate a customer focus mindset in everything that they do on a daily basis. You need to be able to handle a high volume of tasks and meet deadlines & work under pressure and stay calm when faced with multiple tasks and customer requests.
