With a business spanning over forty cities in Greater China, our compliance team plays a vital role in ensuring that we operate within international and corporate regulations, as well as mitigating legal risks in commercial decisions.
In this role, you will report to the Regional Compliance Officer, and provide compliance related administrative support on third party vendor management..

Your tasks and responsibilities
· Be the expert in corporate compliance and ethical standards and keep abreast of regulatory landscape
· Support the onboarding and third party vetting processes
· Provide compliance related response to customers prospective third party vetting
· Coordinate the management of suppliers used in multiple regions
· Identify issues and escalate to the relevant parties accordingly
Your skills and experience
Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, and are proficient with common MS Office applications. As this role will interact with both local and global vendors, you are required to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
