Job description

·  Assist sales manager achieve personal sales target and sales team target.
·  Present KN stands in local market and coordinate with overseas network to promote KN service.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  To achieve the sales budget and targets given by the Sales Manager;
·  To make telephone calls as initial approach of potential clients to identify new opportunities;
·  To arrange sales visits efficiently with existing and potential clients according to the territory;
·  To build up business relationship with existing and potential clients;
·  To collect market and customer information and share the feedback with the sales, branch and national management;
·  To assist the Route Development Manager for internal and external visitor arrangements
·  To follow directions given by the sales management and to strive for highest professionalism and efficiency;
·  To take ownership with appropriate actions to fulfill customer satisfactory in order of continual business development;
·  Solve customer complains in timely and appropriate manner.
·  Collect outstanding payment within the agreed time line.

Your skills and experience

·  Bachelor Degree or above
·  3 years working experience in international logistic company
·  Solid knowledge in air & sea logistics
·  Good command of both oral and written English
