Assistant Manager, Airfreight Process

Job description

+ To Manage Airfreight system Process in excellent way.
+ To improve the process of Airfreight operation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

+ Work on carrier rates into the system at spot/ adhoc basis & cost distribution.
+ To Improve KN air freight billing, FSL management,
+ Control the number of credit notes,
+ Bring Customers’s complain in review meeting
+ Develop the working process of the desks.
+ Look after the customer credit check,
+ Arrange shipment h/o cost entry, track shipment 7 record milestons, link with warehouse receipt & tariff management.
+ Look after Client ID Management, Specially service orders
+ Complete order, PSF validation, customer ref, Credit check
+ Manage export & import custom clearance
+ Improve FSL management (cost entry, file closing, confirm Expected GP, improve Auto FSL KPI)
+ Improve customer invoice, delay invoice, billing package
+ Complete order entry
+ Work on pricing management & cost entry
+ Research & Development through understanding of the desk and capabilities.

Your skills and experience

+ Bachelor/BBA/MBA /M.Com
+ have Knowledge in export & Import operation
+ Strong communication skills
+ Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
+ 03 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry.
