Job description
To provide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure quick and correct resolutions of customer issues + complaints. To liaise with customers to ensure that all forwarding tasks are completed and customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times. To coordinate with all related parties to ensure a seamless customer service experience for all customers + stakeholders.
Your Role

Your Responsibilities
· Handling Air Import Nomination & Free Hand Shipments.
· Liasioning with internal & external customers.
· Be well aware of key account SOP and service requirements
· Manage KPI’s and analyze root causes and find solutions for better performance.
· Support & drive BUFA Initiative
Your Skills and Experiences
· Minimum graduate from a recognised university
· Minimum two years of working experience in handling Air imports in a freight forwarding organisation
· Good communication skills
· Good command over excel.
