Your tasks and responsibilities
• Work closely with operations to identify “root cause” of issues in order to improve billing accuracy, reduce deferrals and improve GP recognition.
• Participation in the QTR Rolling Forecast to all levels of regional hierarchy and follow up of results to contribute with information to make corrective decisions to reach the South East Region's goals.
• Assist to coordinate internal resources/data and proactively get involved in the yearly Target process and measurement
• PL Analysis (i.e. trends regarding productivity, variance to RFC/Target, etc.)
• Development of KPIs, ad-hoc reports, and new analysis's as required
Your skills and experience
• College degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, specifically related to statement reconciliation
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing and payments advantageous
• Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Knowledge of Transportation Industry
• Advanced Excel skills
• Communication skills
• Accuracy is vital
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Timelines upkeep
• Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and a team player
• Ability to work independently
