Accounts Receivable

Job description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable to join our team in our head office in Berchem.

Your Role

As an Accounts Receivable, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable team reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Your Responsibilities

·  Supporting in the administration of the accounts receivable department
·  Supporting the cash collection of a customer portfolio of 150-200 customers
·  Taking care of written reminders and telephone contacts
·  Creating customer accounts and maintaining customer master data
·  Assessing the creditworthiness of customers
·  Assigning credit limits

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equal level by experience
·  You are social, have excellent communication skills and have a service mindset
·  You are an enthusiastic team player with a flexible mindset that can work independently. You have a great sense of responsibility and accountability
·  MS Office and IT skills: advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
·  Experience in cash collection is a plus
·  Languages: you have a very good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
