Kuehne + Nagel Sweden is searching for an enthusiastic, self-driven and motivated personality to support the accounting team in the high paced day-to-day activities.

YOUR ROLE

This job is ideal for someone who strives for personal development and who has up to two years' of experience in accounting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
General accounting administration (expense report handling, customer service e-mail, responses to collection letters, master data management)

· 
Collection of open receivables by mail and phone to ensure timely payment of customer invoices

· 
Cash allocation of complex accounts

· 
Convert suppliers to electronic billing by presenting our digitalization product

· 
Payment runs and preparation of payments

· 
Invoice acknowledgement and coding

· 
Purchase Request and Investment application handling

· 
Other ad hoc tasks and projects in Finance

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm where availability during month end is essential.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

· 
Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

· 
1-3 years general office experience

· 
Experience in accounting is a an advantage

· 
Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

· 
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office

· 
Good financial understanding and strong analytical skills

· 
Curious personality and eager to learn

· 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· 
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
