Poste et missions:
As a Junior Project Manager within Keyrus Biopharma, you will be supervising projects in progress and ensuring that all issues related to the projects are clarified and completed to avoid confusion and interruption during execution of projects.
Project Management comprises an array of activities that lead to the successful completion of a project. It includes but is not limited to:
- Initialization and planning of project phases
- Development of the project cost structure & cost controlling
- Scheduling control
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
- Application of project management processes and tools
You will support the Project Management Team by being the owner of the project plan.
You will accomplish your role by the application of proven processes and tools with the goal of ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality services and/or solutions which meet client requirements.
Profil:
Education:
- Master/Msc. in Management or Engineering school (biology) with a focus on project management
Experience:
- A previous experience in project management during an internship or a school project is appreciated
Certifications:
- PRINCE2 foundation
and/or
- CAPM
Required skills:
- Hard skills:
o MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
o Project Management Software and Methods
- Demonstrates competency in MS project for examples
- Soft skills:
o Quick learner
o Strong organizational skills
o Excellent presentation skills
o Open and flexible thinking
o Good knowledge (written and spoken) in English and fluent in french
o wish to work in a cross-cultural environment and multi-disciplinary teams
o Workflow / Process oriented, with a quality mindset
