Role Mission

The Gucci Store Greeter will serve as a “Gucci Ambassador” by displaying a welcoming and friendly attitude to all clients entering the store. This person must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for the brand.

Key Accountabilities

· Greet and welcome all clients entering the store and direct them accordingly;
· Answer all client questions;
· Provide exceptional customer service;
· Knowledgeable of all Gucci products and company policies, specifically on credit, sales and customer service;
· Remain up-to-date on all collections.

Qualifications :

Job Requirements

·  At least 1 year of customer service experience;
·  Experience in a luxury environment a plus;
·  Resourceful and creative problem solver;
·  Team-player mentality with the strong verbal communication skills;
·  Must have the ability to stay calm;
·  Excellent interpersonal skills required;
·  Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
