Balenciaga, a known iconic fashion house, is currently looking for a qualified intern to join our Retail Performance team. This opportunity will provide the Retail Performance Intern with an insight into the NY Luxury Fashion world as wells as develop their communication, time management and organizational skills.

Key Accountabilities

The Retail Performance Intern duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Organize and ship Retail Performance tools & supplies to the retail stores.
· Support with laminating and distributing Retail Performance posters and guidelines.
· Support with assembling and binding of Training booklets & tools.
· Assist in social media content and image research for Customer Engagement programs.
· Assist in running various basic weekly and monthly CRM reports for Customer Engagement and Omnichannel programs.
· Assist in customer database cleansing and profile de-duplication.
· Assist with basic set up of new mobile devices for retail stores.
· Update internal retail store apps with current collection tools, press, and guidelines.
· Support in checking quantity levels and in ordering stationary, office supplies, and shipping supplies.
· Hand deliver or pick up packages from the NY Flagships: Mercer Street & Madison Avenue locations.
· Assist in operations and logistics for private seasonal sale events.
· Assist with daily office duties.

Qualifications :

Job Requirements

Students applying for this internship must have strong communication skills and should have a proven interest in the fashion industry. Applicants should also be organized and driven to complete assignments in a timely manner. Comfortability navigating both Apple and PC based applications is preferred. Academic credit is a requirement.
