Retail Operations Manager

Pomellato is currently looking for a Retail Operation manager for its Western Europe Region (France, UK, Benelux, Spain). Directly reporting to the Regional General Manager, the manager will be based in Paris and be responsible for the following activities:

- to monitor sales data;

- to manage product orders and monitor stock level;

- to support Stores' needs (packaging, display materials, catalogue, etc);

- to assist Store Managers and Sales teams with product sourcing and customer inquire (product transfers, repairs, shipping status, etc.).

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree, preferably in Economics;

• 3/5 years of experience in the role, gained in International Companies;

• Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented; • Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office;

• Fluent in English and French – Italian is a must.
