ROLE MISSION

The NW Engineer will work in the EMEAI Network team, reporting to the France NW Manager and is responsible of day-by-day support on Network and Videoconference incidents as well as service requests.
The candidate will interact with Kering IT teams and the supported brands IT departments, to deliver operational support on Network tasks and projects. It is also responsible for the NW integrity, availability and adherence to Kering standards, processes and guidelines.
He/she will be collaborating with the global team to setup, manage and monitor the videoconferences and multimedia services, providing guidelines and 3rd level support to the local teams within the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Analyze network data (e.g. network usage) to ensure service availability and performance, in line with Kering business needs. Identify and solve network problems
· Identify the causes of IT infrastructure problems, using diagnostic software and equipment
· Install, configure and run WAN, LAN, WLAN, VOIP, TOIP, DECT equipment
· Install, configure and run videoconference and multimedia equipment
· Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking and multimedia components or equipment
· Create or update technical documentation for network and VC installations or changes to existing setup
· Drive operational excellence around user support on NW and VC Incidents and Service requests - create or revise user instructions, procedures, or manuals
· Maintain an inventory of multimedia conference room equipment, including replacement cycle management, purchasing, distribution, installation, maintenance and training as needed
· Provide clear and crisp project communication with Brand end-user and stakeholder about operational NW incidents and requests.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

KEY REQUIREMENTS
·  At least 3 years of experience as Network Engineer, preferably in large and multinational company
·  Good experience in implementing networking technology, including Ethernet, LAN, WAN, WLAN, TOIP, VOIP
·  Experience in installing, configuring and supporting Cisco network hardware including routers, switches and access points
·  Experience in designing, installing, configuring and supporting multimedia systems such as Polycom videoconferences, Barco ClickShare and booking room devices
·  Good knowledge of wireless technologies, protocols and standards, network management, and analysis tools
·  Project management and communication skills – Ability to interact with IT and business people to translate business requirements into actionable plans
·  CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and related certifications as a plus. Experience in ITIL processes is also preferred
·  Good knowledge of English.
