We are currently seeking an Application Specialist, responsible for HR and Finance Tools. You will report to the Finance, Treasury & HR Application Manager as part of our dynamic team in Florence.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will be an integral part of the IT Finance and HR Team and your role will be to coordinate activities to ensure an efficient service support and to collect, analyse and implement evolutions related to the applications used for Finance and HR scope across Kering’s luxury brands.

How you will contribute

· 
Act as principal point of contact for business stakeholders on assigned projects/applications

· 
Collect, analyze, plan and monitor change requests and project progress

· 
Coordinate the activities of the involved suppliers

· 
Ensure business continuity with strict monitoring of support activities

· 
Produce and maintain KPIs and figures to monitor support levels and project progress

· 
Prepare and participate to testing sessions, validate and upgrade applications

· 
Prepare and/or review technical documentation linked to the followed activities

· 
Work in adherence with Kering Technologies best practices and processes

Who you are

· 
A professional with 1-3 years of IT experiences with high motivation and curiosity

· 
Knowledgeable about Finance and/or HR tools and processes

· 
A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude

· 
An effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills

· 
A graduate in computer science or management information systems (preferably)

· 
Fluent in Italian and English, French knowledge as a plus
