JUNIOR LAWYER (M/W)

As a member of the Balenciaga Legal Department, your duties will include the following in particular:
· Analysing, negotiating, drawing up and/or monitoring commercial contracts and legal documents for internal departments: service provisions, distribution contracts, general terms and conditions, contracts relating to intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, MIS;
· Consulting on, preparing and monitoring cases relating to data protection, commercial and consumer claim pre-trial processes, commercial leases, intellectual property (brands, models, copyright);
· Preparation of corporate documents, monitoring of the legal life of the French companies and supervision of the foreign companies, updating of intra-group contracts;
· Conducting legal intelligence and preparing documentary research;
· Updating legal databases for contracts and corporate.

Profil recherché

Profile sought
·  Qualified to post-graduate level in corporate law, Master 2/DJCE (masters in corporate law);
·  3-4 years' experience in a law firm, or within a company;
·  Fluent written and spoken legal English

Well organized, service-oriented, dynamic, independent, good relationship skills and writing skills.
