IT Procurement and Finance Specialist

The IT Financial Planning, Controlling & Procurement department of Kering is currently searching an intern – full time or apprentice in order to integrate the team for a one-year up to two-year internship period. He/she will support KERING IT Finance & Procurement functions by implementing process optimizations.

Your main missions :

For Procurement:
· Support the procurement staff by assisting with contract management
· Perform business analysis for preparing RFP processes and costs saving
· Support the vendor selection

For Finance:
· Provide analytical support to the IT Finance team: quarterly closings, reconciliation, internal recharges, budget consolidation and construction.
· Assist the implementation of key processes and system, as the migration to a new ERP and invoicing digitalization process.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Recquirements:
·  Minimum 2+ years of university education completed or graduate degree in Business, Contract Management, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
·  Fluency in English and French, Italian can be a plus
·  Very good communication skills
·  Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
·  Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
·  Comfortable working with colleagues and external contacts at all levels
